스쿠터를 파는 사이트입니다.
현재 프랑스에서는 한개에 300유로가 조금 넘는 가격으로 팔리고 있는데,
특가로 한개당 130유로에 판매하는 페이스북, 인스타그램 광고를 보게 되었습니다.

하여 샤오미 전동 킥보드 2개를 주문했습니다. 파리로 international shopping 이 되더군요.
주문일지는 10월 19일 금요일 오후입니다.

밑의 사진은 얼마 지나지 않아 받은 confirmation email 입니다.
18h 26m 에 [email protected] 계정에서
Order confirmation 이메일을 수신하였습니다.

‘Standard encryption (TLS) 안전구매를 하였습니다.’
라는 안내문가 함께 319 달러가 (20달러 배송비 포함) 결제 되었습니다.

The Mi Mi Scooter is being sold around at 300 euros in France.
For promotion price, I’ve found one site that sells one at 130 euros through multiple Facebook and Instagram.
Therefore, why not, I ordered 2 of them via their site. Internatinoal shipping was available at the moment.

The screenshot below is confirmation mail that i got from [email protected] right after the purchase.
It says it is being protected by Standard encryption (TLS). In total, 319 US Dollars (shipping fee included) was withdrawn from my BNP Paribas account.

Date of Purchase : October 19th, Friday

메일을 통한 구매 페이지에서 배송상태를 확인할 수 있다고 합니다..
하지만 몇일이 지나도 메일은 오지 않고, 상태 status도 바뀌지 않네요?

3차례나 이메일로 문의를 보냈으나 답변을 받지 못하였고,
마지막 이메일은 상대방 이메일([email protected]) 계정이 삭제되어 보낼수 없다고 빠꾸를 먹습니다.

여기서부터 뭔가 이상한 낌새를 알아차리고
인터넷에 이 사이트에 대한 정보를 찾아보았습니다.

trustpilot 라는 사이트에 몇몇 피해자가 이 사이트는 사기라는 댓글과
물건을 못받았단 글들이 수두룩하게 올라와있습니다.

After the day, I’ve confirmed that i can check my shipping status and order through order page.
However……I receieve ZERO emails, ZERO updates, ZERO explanation.

I’ve sent 3 EMAILS demanding the status and explanation why it’s so late, but gets NO REPLY.
Even at the 3rd email that i’ve sent, the email account [email protected] DISAPPEARS.

Now something’s not right, huh? I started to look for information about this mysterious site.

Yes. it was a SCAM. there are bunch of victims like me who spent innocent money on the scooter that never came.

100퍼 사기야! 절대 사지마! 은행에 환불을 요청하고 있어! 이런 사이트는 답이 없어! 절대 사지 않길 바람. 나같은 피해자들이 더이상 생기지 않았으면 해!

라고 외치고 있는 유저들의 안타까운 후기들입니다..
평소 인터넷 쇼핑을 조심히 행하는 편인데 어처구니 없게도 저에게도 이런 일이 일어나네요.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

아직도 www.getmisctr.com 은 버젓히 행해지고 있고, contact 연락망은 커녕 회사이름도 뜨지 않습니다. 오직 결제란만 뜰 뿐입니다.
페이스북, 인스타로는 꾸준히 계정 삭제했다가 새로 만들어 광고를 때리는 치밀함을 보이고 있구요.
국제사기범들 참 무섭죠?

전 프랑스의 BNP Parisbas 은행을 이용하고 있는데요,
사기를 당했다는것을 알아차린 후 바로 은행으로 달려가 결제 내역 transaction 최소 요청을 했으나 기가 막힌 답변을 들었습니다.

‘c’est vous qui l’a achaté , on peut rien faire pour vous, ni remboursement’ 즉 너희가 결제한거니 우린 아무것도 해줄수 없단 말이죠. 체크카드도 아닌 신용카드 VISA 인데 말입니다.

저는 참고로 일년 카드 연회비만 (Annuel 40euros) 40유로를 넘게 냅니다. 그런데도 아무것도 해줄수가 없다니 참 이상한 나라죠..
이번주에 헝데부를 잡아서 담당자와 이야기를 할 예정입니다만, 예약을 잡을 당시에도 너희가 잘못한거다, 우린 아무것도 해줄수 있는것이 없다 라는 말만 반복합니다. 카드사에도 물론 전화해봤지만 같은 말 뿐입니다.

소비자를 뭘로 아는 걸까요? 신용카드를 왜 쓰는지 생각을 전혀 안하는듯 합니다.

각설하고 아직도 버젓히 사기를 치고 있고 속속히 느는 피해자들을 지켜보고 있기가 안타까워 글을 올립니다.
이번주에 은행 담당자와 이야기 해보고 후기를 올릴 예정입니다.

STILL, The site is still there. with no contact info, no company name. ONLY Purchase line is available.
STILL, There are numbers of Ads in Facebook and instagram. This is ridiculous.

I’m currently living in France, Paris and I’m a member of BNP Parisbas, using carte bancaire VISA.
As soon as i found out that it was fraud, i let the bank know what happened and asked for what i can do, and what they can do. You know what I got from them?

-WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING SINCE IT’S YOU WHO PAID FOR IT, EVEN THOUGH ‘C’EST DE LA FRAUDE’, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE-.

At least i expected they can cancle the transaction of my 288 euros?! But no, they had to smile and be completely, numbingly, IRRESPONSIBLE. I made an rendez-vous with my conseille (SONIA) this friday, and whatever crap they’ll say to me, i’m going to fight with them, because if the BANK doesn’t protect our rights, WHY do we use the bank? Why do i pay more than 40 euros annually for the card commission? Where is JUSTICE?

I’m going to record, write and capture everything i went and will go through to make this NONSENSE stop, so no one can be victim again.
