1. 아상을 버려라

고정됨이 없이 돌아가는 이 우주에 자기를 세우려는 것은 마치 천체의 운행을 멈추게 하려고 허공에 말뚝을 박는 것과 같다.
사람들은 내가 살고 있다',나는 다른 존재와는 별개로서 존재한다'고 믿는다. 그렇지만 그러한 나'는 결단코 없다. 허공에 무엇을 세울 수 없듯이 본성은 본래로 텅비어나'를 세울 데가 없다.
< 그러므로 섣부르게 나'를 세우려 하지 말고 마음의 대해에나'를 던져 버려라. 그것이 끊임없이 돌고 도는 윤회도를 벗어나는 길이다. >

1. Letting Go of Ideas

Trying to anchor oneself in this universe, which moves without fixity, is like trying to drive a stake in the ground to stop a celestial body from traveling.
People believe that "I live," that "I am," that "I exist apart from other beings. But there is no such "I" at all. Just as nothing can be built in the void, nature is inherently empty, and there is no place for the I' to be built. < Therefore, do not hastily try to establish anI', but cast away the `I' in the mind's eye, for that is the way to escape the perpetual circle of samsara.
