제 5장 관념의 타파

1. 아상을 버려라

참된 수행자는 자기를 사랑하는 법이 없다. 중생으로서의 자기에 얽매이거나 집착하지 않는다. 왜냐하면 그는 중생인 나로서 세상을 보지 않고 나의 근본인 참 나로서 세상을 보며 그 입장에서 너와 나의 구별이 없음을 알기 때문이다.

Chapter 5 Letting Go of Ideas

1. Abandon the Idea

A true practitioner does not love himself. He is not bound or attached to himself as a sentient being, because he does not see the world as I, a sentient being, but as the true I, the source of me, and from that position he knows that there is no distinction between you and me.
