꿀마늘 만드는 방법eklyb (25)in #kr-food • 6 years ago 재료 : 마늘 1kg, 꿀 마늘을 쪄준다(강불 10분, 중불 5분) 10~15분 정도 식혀 준다. 꿀(2):마늘(1) 비율로 넣어준다. 상온에 2일, 냉장고에 5일 보관하면 먹을 수 있다. 아침에 공복에 3알씩 일주일 먹고 몇주 쉬고 다시 먹으면 된다. #kr
