Hypoxic Training Log 2020-02-16 <Sunday Morning Treadmill Running> 低酸素トレーニング記録2020-02-16<日曜朝のトレッドミル走>
There are just 2 weeks left before Tanba-Sasayama Marathon. Today I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training in the morning.
丹波篠山マラソンまでちょうど2週間になりました。今日は朝からいつものジムへ行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。
Yesterday's running seems to have do a little damage to my legs. I feel discomfort a little at my right leg's outside.
昨日のランニングで少し足にダメージがあったようで、右足の外側に少し違和感があります。
So today I ran carefully on a treadmill. However, I was able to increase the pace so much that the estimated running distance reached 5 km in a 30-minute session.
それで今日は慎重にトレッドミルで走りました。それでもペースは十分に上げることができたので、30分間の推算走行距離は5kmに届きました。
