Today was a working Saturday for me, so I went out for running after work.
今日は土曜勤務でしたので、仕事の後、ランニングをしました。

This time I decided to run back and forth between Minami Park (in Port Island) and Minatono-Mori Park. The course has many ups and downs. Especially there is a long uphill road along the Kobe-Ohashi Bridge. I intended to acclimate my legs to frequent ups and downs in preparation for Tanba-Sasayama Marathon on 1st March. There are many ups and downs in the course of the latter half of the marathon.
今回はみなとの森公園とポートアイランド内の南公園の間を往復して走りました。このコースにはアップダウンがたくさんあります。特に神戸大橋には長い上り坂があります。3月1日の丹波篠山マラソンに向けて頻繁なアップダウンに足を慣らせる目的でした。篠山マラソンのコースは後半にアップダウンがたくさんあるからです。

I ran back and forth along the course 4 times. The repeated ups and downs made my legs so tired. The distance was only 27 km, but my legs got tired more than usual 30K running.
このコースを4往復しました。アップダウンの繰り返しで足が相当疲れました。距離は27kmどまりでしたが、通常の30km走よりも足は疲れました。
