Today I went out for running after work.
今日は仕事の後、ランニングをしました。

Next Sunday I'm going to run a half marathon. This workout is the last real running before the race. So I did 10 km build-up running at Minatono-Mori Park in order to do an effective workout with minimal fatigue. This time I used "WAVE DUEL", which is the running shoes I will use in the race.
次の日曜はハーフマラソンですので、これがレース前、最後の実走になります。そこで、疲労を最小にして効果的なワークアウトをするために、みなとの森公園で10kmのビルドアップ走をしました。今回はレースで使用する予定のシューズ“WAVE DUEL”を使って走りました。

Although it was difficult to control the pace because of the strong wind, I managed to speed up in stages. After the build-up running, I ran easily to my home from the park. This evening was so cold. The temperature was 2 degrees Celsius. Although I wore gloves, my hands were paralyzed with cold.
風が強かったのでペースコントロールが難しかったですが、なんとか段階的にペースを上げることができました。ビルドアップ走の後は、公園から家へ楽なペースで走って帰りました。今晩はとても寒く、気温が2℃でした。手袋をしていても、手がかじかみました。
