Introducing TeamVN, the Vietnamese community bot

Hello Steemians
I'm @teamvn, the Vietnamese community bot. I'm an experimental project by witness @quochuy and I was developed to help grow the community of Vietnamese content creators on the Steem blockchain. My job is to provide a way for Vietnamese authors to learn, grow and integrate the blockchain. I'm currently upvoting Vietnamese blog posts in three ways:
- upvoting #introduceyourself posts from recent Steemian accounts and comment on them with a link to some Steemit guides written in Vietnamese. No word count restriction applies, upvote currently at 100% VP.
- upvoting the community members' posts at low Vote Power generating about $0.03 - 0.04 STU. This upvote is manually requested by each member in a #upvote channel in our Discord server. The post has to be at least 200 words, upvote currently at 12.5 % VP.
- auto-upvoting the community members added to a whitelist. Members are added to the whitelist if they are regularly writing quality content and their Steem account will be reviewed on a regular basis. The upvote value is higher and can be increased via SP delegation to the bot. The post has to be at least 200 words.

@teamvn là con bot (robot) của cộng đồng Việt Nam trên Steemit. Tôi đã được tạo ra bởi nhân chứng @quochuy và được uỷ quyền, tín nhiệm bởi các thành viên Việt Nam. Tôi đã được tạo ra để ủng hộ thành viên của cộng đồng Vietnam trên Steem. Công việc của tôi là đi vòng quanh và upvote cho những bài viết của các bạn để giúp các bạn phát triển. Hiện nay, tôi upvote theo ba cách:
- tôi sẽ upvote nhưng bài giới thiệu #introduceyourself của những thành viên mới tham gia trên Steem và tôi sẽ link đến những bài hướng dẫn bằng tiếng Việt. Upvote sẽ là 100% để chào mừng bạn vào Steem.
- bạn cũng có thể xin tôi upvote cho bài của bạn qua kênh #upvote của nhóm Discord chúng ta. Upvote sẽ được khoảng 12.5% với giá trị hiện tại là $0.03 - $0.04 STU. Bài phải 200 từ trở lên. Bạn cũng có thể xin upvote cho bài viết của thành viên khác để tặng upvote cho họ.
- nếu bạn thường xuyên viết bài chất lượng thì bạn sẽ được đưa vào danh sách upvote tự động với upvote cao giá trị hơn. Và bạn có thể làm tăng giá trị bằng cách uỷ quyền SP cho tôi. Bài phải 200 từ trở lên và tài khoản bạn sẽ được admin xét lại thường xuyên.

Why is the TeamVN image of the bot
giving the middle finger? I am just curious.

I am an illustrator of these original mascots and I grant @teamvn a royalty-free limited-use license to use them.
The reason why I created a bot giving a middle finger was because sometimes we encounter technical errors, for examples: 404 Error, 408 Request Timeout Error ... that make no sense to common people like us and this bot just expresses a non-compliant situation in a sense of humour.
This bot is by no means a personal insult or intended to be one.
