My name is @imkrisbear, inspired to donate steemjet jerseys to a local football team then this happens...

MET WITH THEIR COACH TODAY
As today is a public holiday, I called the coach up and we arranged a meeting at their training field. While presenting the Jerseys to the coach, I was opportuned to meet with some of the kids and mehn….I was amazed by the excitement on their little faces as I present the jerseys to their coach.
Myself and the coach discussed at length and i got to know these facts;
- These kids have passion for football like I did when i was their age. I still regret that I could not pursue my passion for football on a professional level and I do hope to rekindle their hope with the help of Steemjet.
- There are several competitions that they have missed out on just because their coach could not get sponsors to; register the football club as an entity, buy basic kits (training kits, home & away Jerseys) and transportion for the competition.
- Though these kids are from poor homes, they have dreams to be the next C.Ronaldo, Messi and Kante.
I do hope that with God and @dimimp on my side, we shall help these kids fulfil their dreams of being the next superstars.
PART OF THE AGREEMENT WE HAD WITH THE COACH
- The team will be known and officially registered as Steemjet Football Club, Chika Village.
- That the brand will always carry the steemjet logo
- That the club shall be fully funded by steemjet.
MY PRAYER
Though what I set out to do was just to provide these kids with jerseys, however I saw a greater need which I and hopefully the Steemjet team need to step in and meet. I believe helping these children will further promote steemit and most importantly, keep these kids out of the street and give them hope for the future.
This is my way of giving back to the society and I do hope that the steemit community will provide financial support to actualize this dream.
