A simple approach to living life.

Greetings

• I am schadenfeind. I have devoted myself to the Art of self-improvement or Kaizen
  for what seems like my entire life now. My biggest joy lies in the moment when the eyes of a student sparkle, as he realizes that he is in control of his path.

• I have been contemplating on sharing my experience for some time now. I think it's time. Steemit is revolutionary in more ways
  than one, but what really amazes me is that it found a way to create financial incentives for participation. It's moving away
  from the traditional educational status quo where one talks and the rest listen, to a system where discussion is rewarded.

Blog Layout

• What i am offering is a road-map to ascend the infamous Maslow's Pyramid. Every now and again a book will be posted along with some notes that me or my students found particularly interesting. The point of this blog is to offer a simple working framework to self improvement. Too much choice is detrimental to any goal.

• Strive to perfect your process and refrain from focusing on the end result.
• Discussing what you learned is the fastest way to internalize new information.
• Learning directly from people that devoted their lives to one subject is the best way to progress.
• The book fields will range from philosophy, applied psychology to kinesiology, nutrition and everything in between.
