Greetings from the paradise island of Mauritius
Hello everyone ! This is Sanawaaz from Mauritius Island ready to join the steemit Family. I use the username 'progressivechef' as I always gear towards modernity in everything I do.
I am 33 years old and I have been working in the hotel industry for the last 15 years. I am a great amateur of food and my recent position have been Executive Chef of world renowned hotels and resorts in Mauritius.
My style of cuisine is progressive, that is transforming ´not so good looking ´ traditional food into a masterpiece.

I've cooked for many vegans in the past dear. The last 5 years I have been doing mainly healthy stuff as I was working for The Westin brand which is mainly focused on well being.
