I was told the first step is to introduce yourself so here goes. I am an Irish/Australian with a passion for helping people and making a real difference. I have lived in Australia for almost 25 years and have two children. I am an Executive Coach and the key themes I focus on as a coach are Leadership and Performance, Career Coaching and Workshop facilitation. Online or face to face.

Welcome to Steemit and the world of cryptocurrency and the blockchain.
I am unsure what your experience level is with cryptocurrency and blockchain dynamics and delegated proof of stake. So if I suggest posts which are to elementary for you, I apologize in advance.
I would suggest you look at the Communities section, and join the Steemit Explained Community and Steeming Curators. The Steeming Curators has a good Introduction to Steemit post. The Steemit Explained Community has several posts explaining many questions which come up as you move forward in your journey of learning about Steemit. The other Communities are divided by interest, language, country, etc.
It’s a bit easy to be un-noticed in the larger communities over a 1000 members deornding on how many members and active members, plus how active the admin and moderator are. I will put together a short list of some posts you may wish to read. While the white and blue paper in very detailed, they can be overwhelming.

Hi I read your 2nd achievement advise re Freelance work i.e. Networking with a community member on steemit and share your passion or specialized skills that you can offer to the community as paid services or market your product.

Hi @performtransform I would say, engage with other steem users that have the same niche as yours and see how they get noticed by other steemian here. Usually they will provide value to the community on their post, then they go to make themselves visible and useful in the community by engaging on others post. I think the fastest and best way to do it now by commenting on @steemitblog post anything relevant to the post then check out other active community in here https://steemit.com/communities and start engaging with them, they will definitely visit your blog as a return and see what you have to offer.
