Hi from Australia! - Some of my art

Having discovered Steemit a couple of weeks ago, I thought it was time to join the action and and say hello to you all.

My name’s Lee, and I’m from Melbourne, Australia. While I have many interests, if I could list only two, I would say art and disruptive technologies.

In sticking with art for this post, here are a couple of my older pieces:

The drawing above is based around some exposed tree roots along a walking trail near where I live. I imagined and added a secret door leading to the unknown.

The painting is a still-life that I had set up in my studio (a.k.a. cluttered spare room).

My plan is to create and share a lot more art, and no doubt I’ll find great art from others here along the way.
