Now this is actually my 2nd post. 😀

I know, it seems only polite to introduce oneself first, and of course that was my intention as I watched and learnt. But while on @freedomexists Discord's Whaleshare curation show (which @thehoneys also introduced me to) where you share a recent post, talk about it and do a little interview on it. I saw a really cool challenge/contest by @thatsweeneyguy. Now I love games and contests so jumped straight in to his post challenge, as I quickly moved up my learning curve on how posts and formatting works LOL

SO HI ALL!!!
I'm Jamie Honey, originally from Australia but currently living in Las Vegas.
I'm an Author, Speaker (motivation, comedy and MC) Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and just got my Sports Hypnosis certification. Our book is "DARE to be a Better You" and is about how our habits, our unconscious actions, our auto pilot and how these can either be undermining or supporting our dreams, goals and success. How you can get more of what you want by changing the small habits and how you think. Which is part of why I'm here, to share what I know that can help other people enjoy a more fulfilling life.

I've always been curious about LIFE how it works, how it works together like an intricate tapestry of connected threads from the very small to the very big. As a child growing up in Australia I loved nature and science shows and spent many hours playing in the subtropical rainforest I grew up in catching insects, observing them and then letting them go again. A risky hobby as a child when so many things can kill you in Australia LOL

Now by the time I was 18 I had died a couple of times, ironically not from Australian flora or fauna but foolishness. 🙄 So within days of getting out of hospital I ran away from my home, home town and state. Moved to the big city lights of Brisbane Queensland and put myself through University, working nights and weekends and then became what I encourage all to look at becoming, a JOY SEEKER. Which for me was being an entertainer that made people smile, laugh and experience various emotions of a joy-filled day. I was an international stunt actor and Improv performer doing live shows for Universal Studios and Warner Brothers Movie World.

I'm into health, personal development, having FUN, making smiles and living a life that pays for that to be possible.
I love how the mind works, I also love cartoons and playing games. I'm like a big kid, who wants everyone to be friends but understand the psychology behind action, motivation and thought. I love comedy and sci-fi just as much as I love proven science, theoretical science and new discoveries. Motivation, meditation and making new friends with wherever I end up. I've lived and traveled in every continent in the world except for South America... but theres still time. 😉

Now my best Steemian Moment so far was getting to be MC at the Steem Creators Conference just recently in Las Vegas. I learnt so much about the many many different facets of Blockchain, steem, crypto, posts, platforms and the bigger potentials of new communities growing and supporting each other. Its exciting that my vote could feed someone for a day in a different country. That by writing and sharing and supporting I can earn an income to facilitate me doing more of it. Its like Zig Ziglar used to say "You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want."

But the best thing was all the new friends we made, shared stories, experiences, knowledge and support. A great time for sure. I look forward to the next time we all get to grow together. Thanks for making my adventure into Steem an exciting and uplifting experience.
