Who exactly am I?

Well, before I start boring the bejesus out of you, I'll give an abridged version of who I think I am.

I am Dubem, a young Nigerian trying make the best out of a bad situation called the Nigerian health sector.

I am a trainee neurosurgeon.

Sounds big, right?
Well, it does have a nice ring to it.

The type that literally loves to mess with heads.
