Hi everybody,
I'm on Steemit for two weeks now, and I think it's time for me to introduce myself :)
I'm Arnaud, 27 years old, living in France, my everyday work is IT teacher and researcher (as assistant professor) in a french engineering school (I love my work ahah), it's at the same time linked to mathematics, software development, algorithmics, teaching, research, geometric modeling, mechanics... A bunch of different fields I love :D
I also love Art, in any forms, paintings, drawings, musics, movies, sculptures, (this list could be infinite)...
And I think there is a lot of links between arts and sciences... creativity, observation, sharing... (it's probably why I love these two worlds :) ).
In my free time, I love to paint and draw, mainly on paper or on canvas.

(working on The Bear Statue I posted few days ago)
I learned to draw almost alone, reading books (I would recommend to everyone the amazing book Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain by Betty Edwards I learned so much from this one), and watching videos (Bob Ross <3). Drawing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, painting came later few years ago.
I love mixing ideas and worlds, drawing art as if it was a technical document, I like to draw animals, human faces (I'm posting bit a bit some black and white paintings from a project about human faces, tagged under #peoplelikeyou).
And... I love birds!!! :D (here is some of them I already posted :) )

I also love to draw insects, mixed with others things, such as mechanical things, skulls, vegetal things, etc... I got a lot these insects in draft in my sketchbooks... I will definitely draw and post more of them! :D

I feel like Steemit is the right place to find easily quality content, inspiring ideas, sharing content, get feedback...
For all I have seen these two past weeks with all of you, I found the Steemit community very welcoming and friendly, I'm glad to be here :)
