One Yeti's Perspective #274: Using Our Feelings For Good
The feelings we have are a gift. Most might see them as anxiety or depression, but they may not even be our own. There are many times when I am around others and I feel what they feel. They call it being an Empath. Not just sharing an idea of a feeling, but truly feeling like they do.
Lastnight I had a major experience at a Walmart in Cresent City, California. Going in to buy food for dinner, and I was over taken with a feeling. Several actually. This happens everyday when I am around others and I have to identify what is mine and what is not.
This isn't a curse, but a blessing. This ability to really feel others gives us a chance to act. We can choose to take their feelings and make them our own, or act the opposite and bring light to a situation. You know me.....I am bringing love!

Welcome to creating our reality. That is great that you became conscious of our ability to emit an energy buffer around your being. You are not the only one. I shape my world consciously constantly. I noticed this in myself when I was 5 years old, when I truly started to question where I came from 5 years before. One of my favorite things in life is turning a tables mood (I'm a waiter).
Whoa..5. That is amazing! Yeah I have been focusing on energy transfer for about 2 years. Mostly through touch. Now...this is a game changer haha.

You are such a likeable dude! I like listening to your opinions, even if I don't agree 100% with all of them (yet there is a lot we do agree on). I never thought I was an empath, but I guess I do have some of that cause I avoid places with "low energy people" like plague, cause I don't like how they make me feel. Though as I've grown older, I feel like I've learnt to turn that on or off (or rather, to direct my attention to somewhere else when I have to go to those places).

Hey, thank you! It is great that you don't agree 100% and still watch. In 2018 people have an amazingly obscure view of how we should all be. We have lost the ability to disagree. Everyone needs validation in their own beliefs. Be well.
