Tips for Motivation!

Hello friends, today I would like to talk a little about motivation! That energy that makes things happen.

I separated eight tips, I will share with you:

First: Stop thinking and start for action!
Simply put, motivation is the movement that engenders action.
The reasons that lead you to perform a certain action.

Second: Start small!
Motivation is connected with intensity, direction and persistence. The effort made to reach the goal.

Third: Choose one project at a time.
We must remember that the level of motivation varies, from person to person, depending on the time and situation in which your life is.

Motivated people stay on task until their goals are achieved.
Personal motivation is the fuel for success!

Fourth: Follow your evolution.
Where do you want to go? If you still do not have a clear idea of

your goals and purposes, it does not make sense to spend time and energy pursuing goals.

When you feel compelled to do a certain task, the motivation drops noticeably.

One solution in this case, change the way you think about it.
Doing what you love, instead of seeing it as an obligation.

Fifth: Look for inspiring stories.
Motivation is the force that directs practically all our actions. It serves as a thermometer to understand how important a goal is.
Have idols and admire people who have had a great legacy. The world is full of good people. Choose the good, the true, and the uplifting. Be positive!

Sixth: Use your own success as a source of personal motivation.
People with a high degree of motivation are those with dreams, with purpose and who have a sense of their value in the world. Do not forget:

Our Heavenly Father loves you.

You are not the only one who has bad days. The sun rises every day! How wonderful!

Seventh: Stop believing your goal is impossible!
The relationship between effort and results is undeniable. If you are dedicated to something, the greater the chances of accomplishing it.

Eighth: Make a commitment publicly.
Willingness to achieve goals is what drives us forward. Visualize what you want. By putting together a plan of action to reach the desired result.

High confidence, adopt a winning stance, look at obstacles in another way, nothing is impossible.
