While I was out for a walk this morning I couldn't help but notice this at a crosswalk. How nice of our masters to provide instructions for the obedient on how to safely cross the road without being harassed buy an order following enforcement Thug.

If you don't already know, please understand this sign is not about how to safely cross the street. Anyone who wants to live can understand when it's safe to cross the street without getting hit. No, this sign is here to remind us all who's in charge and who has taken our individual liberties. Follow the rules your Masters have set for you or we will take your money and your freedom.

Wake up people don't be a collaborator. Start standing up to our rulers and those who enforce the statues they used to rule over us. Freedom and liberty is dangerous, safety provided by the state is false and is slavery.

    Pedestrians in my city need these signs, they act like entitled jerks, never even thinking of giving a vehicle a turn at the intersection!

    Maybe we should get rid of the rules protecting them for crossing the street when and wherever they want. It's just kind of ridiculous that if a pedestrian decides to jump out in front of your car and you don't yield to him you could be in trouble. I do understand your point though.

      I'm Ok with greater privilege for pedestrians and cyclists, I would just like to see a shift in the culture where pedestrians think...

      Wow I have never seen literal instructions on how to cross a street, let alone put forth in such a demanding tone. You are right, I can see the exact words and tone being used by a cop instructing us untouchables. I think you are right about this being way less about safety and way more about "You do what I say scum!"

      Those are just in my little town of Liberty Lake here in Washington. They just read dead the major intersections in town. They also put surveillance cameras and have a plan for many more over the next 4 years

      Damn, I swear you can't go anywhere anymore without constant surveillance. That down right pisses me off. Liberty Lake is nice, It has been like 15 yrs or so since I was there last, so it has probably changed a lot... but from what I remember it was nice.

      Well thanks for trying to keep the Liberty in Liberty Lake, from the perspective of your post, it certainly needs it.

      I might be stopping by the Spokane area at the end of summer to visit some family, so if I do I will make sure to check out Liberty Lake again.
