Dark Secrets of the Dinosaur Media: Severing the Strings of Control

The secret is out. The Genie is out of the bottle. Insert your cliché here. According to a former high level US politician, Paul Craig Roberts, “There is not a single significant journalist in Europe that’s not on the CIA payroll. The same is true in the United States. They are not a media; they are a propaganda ministry. They do not go against the false lies that are told. They help the agenda. They force it down countries’ throats.” There is no media. It is a propaganda ministry.”

Many don’t believe in coincidences. Take the fact that virtually all major media outlets in the West use the same three-letter acronym system to identify their company as the Intel agencies do. How about another coincidence? In the recent Sinclair Broadcasting scandal seen herethe dinosaur media gets busted for repeating the same message and talking points – almost verbatim – and in typical fashion, the string pullers massage and spin the incident into an isolated conspiracy involving only “conservative-leaning” pro-Trump stations. Don’t concern yourselves with the fact that the rest of the insanely hypocritical MSM does the exact same thing they’re calling out, only on a colossally wider scale. To prove this absolutely absurd point, just witness the reaction by the failed late night comedians, talking heads, and the ultra-progressive print and digital media – all of the MSM. Just do a web-search on the subject. The biased search returns prove that they’re all parroting the same message. The algorithms make sure that you almost exclusively see their duplicitous spin, making opposing opinions more rare than a purchaser of Hillary's newest book. Nice try.

How about this latest BBC military-interrogation-style interview of Sergei Lavrov, courtesy of an unusual accommodation by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs? BBC Hard Talk host, Stephen Sackur, repeatedly tries to put words in Lavrov’s mouth. The BBC reporter appeared to do an extremely poor job of hiding his ties to rogue elements of pro-war Western security services. He repeatedly harangued Lavrov about the fact that Assad had previously gassed his own people (he has never been proven to have done this, even once), trying to get Lavrov to over-react – or at least concede to some untruth in a gotcha-moment. Lavrov finally had to stop Sackur and correct him. While these points may appear to be minor to the average viewer – who just wants the story to continue – the carefully constructed line of questioning used by the “journalists” in these scenarios is very likely produced in conjunction with corporate lawyers, following the strict instructions of at least one Western Intel agency. Lavrov was constantly aware of the way in which questions were “framed.” Should he mess up, anything he said would have definitely been used against him at a later date. By the end of the interview, seen below, old Sergei had had enough of the rude grilling and calmly exclaimed, “For a Brit, you have very bad manners.”

Cable and mainstream television is dying a slow death – its arthritic appendages gradually, and begrudgingly losing their once-ironclad clutch of dominance on the news industry. Although now only controlled by 5 or 6 main multinational corporations, they’ve always managed–with praiseworthy efficiency – to get their stories more or less straight across all networks, effectively programming the minds of their loyal viewers. They’ve diligently reported what they’ve been TOLD to report. For years now – as they’ve been reeling in their death throws – arrangements have been made behind the scenes to ensure that link is not relinquished. Algorithms have been employed to make certain that NBC, CBS, CNN, FOX, NYT – all of the three-letter news outlets – rank first, no matter if their news is trending or not. They’ve ensured that trending is no longer important. Veritas even did a series of very revealing – and equally disturbing – stories on how software engineers at the major social media companies are manipulating which content is seen in the trending sections. It’s easy for them to promote NY Times news, for example, while suppressing truthful news from smaller Independent sources, which get hundreds of thousands of viewsper story – double or triple than that of MSM, on a regular basis.

It doesn’t end there. Three-letter cable-outlets now routinely dominate the search returns of all of the major search engines. Does anyone remember a time in the recent past when MSM had very little presence at all on the internet? It wasn’t that long ago. Interesting that they can occupy so much internet real estate when their main customer base is still watching them on their failing cable TV networks, isn’t it? The MSM presence on the internet is NOT organic – it’s manufactured. All of these things on their own may not seem like much but you'll soon see patterns arise, if you haven't already done so.

Solutions to Fossil Fools

Consider switching to the search engines who haven’t sold out yet, use some of the great aggregating sites like ZeroHedge.com, or try some of the internal aggregating sites right here on Steemit. Another effective way to avoid the manipulation is just bookmarking and shortcutting your favourite sites, thereby bypassing the SE’s altogether. Simply switching your web browsers (WB) will likely not work as many of them now use what’s called a “default” search engine – and it's going to be Google. All of the major SE’s appear to be compromised in one way or another, but you can still switch to another SE within any browser. I’ve written a few articles on this matter, which I’ll link at the end. For now, you can try the following smart solutions:

The Red Pill

It can be a bitter pill to swallow once you realize how badly you and your family have been being programmed and manipulated. But, savour that pill – it has a sweet and tasty core when you realize that within it lies the capacity to turn the tables on the Dark-State oppressors. The red-pill gives you back what the corporate media goons have taken – control.

So, where precisely should we turn then, if we can’t get our news from the channels our forbears have depended upon for generations? There is a substantial program of deception and misinformation being carried out that goes much deeper than just the MSM – the Deep State has penetrated into every concievable crevice across the whole media spectrum. It’s in your books, movies, kid's programming, school cirriculum, etc. One way we can counter the total propaganda campaign is by carefully choosing independent and alternative media sources. Another is to just be aware – start belting away info-nuggets, or puzzle pieces, that are revealed each day up into your cranial hard-drive. Some revelations may deserve more immediate attention, however we can continue to consume and enjoy practically all of the content we're accustomed to. Unfortunately all of this takes a great deal of time. Become more organized and efficient at things like fact-checking by getting as close to the source as possible. (Advertised "Fact-Checking" sites are oxy-moronic.) Don't rely on one source for anything. It's up to the individual if they care to start paying a little closer attention to some of the less obvious messages in their entertainment. The truth is still out there. It's what you do with it that matters
