How Alphabet Inc’s Google is Battling to Control Information & How Patriots Can Win The War
Part 1
For those interested in the Truth – or at the very least, an opposing point of view – you may be a bit concerned about the attempts to control information by the most well known company in the world – Google. For decades, the smartest people in Silicon Valley have been working with intelligence agencies to concurrently build in back doors and manipulate weaknesses in software and hardware. As in the latest scandal, the big social media companies always seem to know ahead of the civilian population – much sooner than the civilian population – of impending technical “flaws” in need of immediate addressing.
Yet, the seemingly immutable power of immense multi-national conglomerates like Alphabet Inc and Google comes from a source many have not considered – you! It’s true – believe it! Google relies on indexing and web crawling to gather material for its searches. In layman’s terms, people register with Google when they start a website/blog to direct traffic to their sites. Then the crawlers or robots continuously snoop and sniff around your data, copy it, organize and store your information on their servers, and make it easily searchable on their search engine. There is more to it than that, but it should demonstrate that Google NEEDS your data. This is their gross revenue stream. So, if you were to stop providing that data, they could no longer sell it…er… market it to all those 3rd party (and government) affiliates lining up to make your life so much easier!
There is no doubt that technology has been instrumental in leveling the playing field across the socio-economic spectrum. But the lines are blurred when it comes to whether certain corporations are benefitting the world, or simply helping themselves. Even though Alphabet and Google have gone to great lengths to monopolize certain fields of technology – going so far as to purchase over 200 businesses over the last decade (if you can’t build it, buy it!) –industry innovators are always working to provide solutions to unfair business practices.
We’ll go cover those solutions in Part 2.
