Indian Cryptocurrency Exchange Zebpay Opens Up For EUR Trading After Shutting Down In India!

in #india5 years ago

Zebpay has not only moved their operations to Europe but have started it there as well. This is part of the larger brain drain occurring in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space in India.

In my post from two months ago I had written about Zebpay moving to EU as they have a registered themselves in Malta.

They had incorporated themselves as Awlencan Innovations Malta Limited in Malta and Awlencan Innovations Pte. Ltd in Singapore.

Currently Indian users cannot trade on Zebpay as it shut down operations in India however approximately 21 European countries will be able to use this platform to trade.

More details will be available shortly for our European friends who want to use this exchange but meanwhile a major Indian exchange moving abroad is not a great news for us because they were forced to shutdown in India.

It's a pity that all this dilly dallying from the Indian government is causing a loss to the public in terms of innovation in payment systems and opportunities to grow their income.

Definitely a bad news for us. It's a huge pity as our own government forced them move. I can't figure out how can they be so strange as they are neglecting GROWTH of a country just for mere taxes.

A deep matter of concern!!😶

is not good news for indian economic growth.Indian exchange moving abroad thanks firepower sir, sharing this update.

Hope we get to hear something positive from government.

Though its a bad news for us now,but in my opinion Zebpay may think about Indian users too in future. All these are bad feedback from the action and reaction of govt and RBI.

It's not something very good to hear. I hope the Indian government takes some quick action in the Crypto space.

@firepower, Yes brother, as a fan of Zebpay i am really happy that after this adversity phase they didn't let them down and they have the belief upon Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Technology and the innovation which is bringing by these Technologies, and now they are expanding their venture more and more. But, unfortunate thing is, at this moment we Crypto Enthusiasts and Traders are kept out of this Innovation to an extent, otherwise there is and was an tremendous amount of opportunities to improve the quality of many individual lives.

Wishing you an great day and stay blessed. 🙂

Thanks for sharing the news. Surely they will establish then in the EU. And moving the exchange (I will say forcing to move from India) to abroad was really a heavy loos. Hoping soon will get some relief from government as well as from crypto market.

It’s very sad
Indian govt can take any decision and waiting to follow or modify SEC or G20 decisions.
They don’t have a clue

thanks for updating us. If the present govt. does not do anything to welcome crypto, the elections results are sure a wake up call.
