Make in India: Ministry of IT approve Wistron's 5000 Cr plan to make Apple devices In India
It is a good news for me As an Indian finally Contract manufacturer of Apple, Wistron will set up manufacturing unit in India to manufacture high end Apple devices.
As we knows that China is manufacturing hub because Chinese government provides lots of incentive to companies to setup manufacturing unit in China.
India is well known in the world for its software service with companies like Infosys and TCS and current government working very hard to make Indian as manufacturing Hub with Make in India concept and this is big achievement in this path.
As India can not provide that much of incentive to the companies to set manufacturing unit as Chinese government do but companies will have many advantages if they setup manufacturing unit in India. Indian have many advantage such a Indian labor are skilled one as compare to Chinese labor, Better communication skill and India is one of the biggest emerging market for smart phone.
Indian's IT Minister Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad said to media ‘’ India is well known in the world for its software services now our next move is to make India as Product manufacturing hub as well, He also added that another Taiwan based Apple contract manufacturer Foxconn also submitted its application to set set up manufacturing facility of apple product of worth rupees 2500 Crore.
