Gemera project connects investors and producers of precious stones (emeralds) directly, without intermediaries, which changes the old ingrained sales model to a more technological and transparent, thanks to blockchain technology.
The platform puts forward advanced, more profitable, investment opportunities available to both depositors and producers for the benefit of both parties. This system develops a platform based on blockchain technology to save data about emeralds, as well as to exchange stones into coins.
The task of Gemera is to create a new investment model that will provide the purchase, evaluation, storage of emeralds, as well as their exchange for tokens. Gemera company and Colombian emerald producers work directly, without intermediaries, which creates favorable conditions for both sides, as the investor receives about 20% of bonuses in token generation, and the manufacturer about 15%, based on the difference.
In the early stages of project development, the Gemera system focused its efforts on creating a model that would gather the knowledge of scientists about the stones and assess their quality by experts in the field, so that investors do not need to turn to specialists in the evaluation of stones.
Data on emeralds-parameters, assessment, photo and video material, as well as their storage location - will be available on the Gemera market. The parameters of emeralds will be stored in the blockchain on the ethereum network, and the estimate and records will be stored in the IPFS system.
The acquisition of emeralds is made using the system token-gema, it can be exchanged using ETH. This token has the same value as the Colombian emerald, as they are supported by the Colombian emerald. The security of transfers is guaranteed by smart contracts, which have the highest level of transparency and protection.
Unlike other investment projects, Gemera does not conduct an ICO, it is possible to buy coins only when there is a new batch of precious stones and if they are in a protected place. The location of this market in Hong Kong, and it is already preparing to purchase the first batch of precious stones. Investors who will be in the early days will receive a nice bonus - the acquisition of assets with a 10 percent discount.
The company's cooperation with gemstone manufacturers improves social and environmental activities in the societies where these same stones are mined and processed.
The platform interested me in the fact that investors and Colombian people will be able to get more income without intermediaries, as well as the existing, incorruptible blockchain technology, which provides transparency of transactions and guarantees full data protection.
