Hurricane Florence steered by Nexrad?

Weather manipulation and weather warfare have been busy all through the summer. There've been a deluge of fires and floods happening all over the world, and again California has been a major target, just as it was last year. Thousands of people have lost their homes and will not be allowed to re-build on that land.
Storms and hurricanes have also hit many nations. The Global Warming alarmists lead by the likes of Al Gore and Maurice Strong touting Climate Change as the cause, never pay attention to the fact that the climate does change and doesn't rely on man or Co2 to show it the way. Always has changed always will.
Man likes to interfere with the weather however, and by man I don't mean us. I mean the Military Industrial Complex. They like to manipulate the weather for their own nefarious reasons, as dictated by their psychopathic Globalist puppeteers anyway.
