In my last video/article I showed a double leg take down and I lifted my training partner up (which is not necessary to make the throw work). In one of the comments someone exclaimed that physicality was necessity to make this technique work, I beg to differ (wink wink @stef1). To be fair I find it easier to throw and take down taller people!
@Martiallee, I agree if we are talking about shooting the legs, however if you are trying to do a drop back or a double under clinch throw, it is much harder.
