WOW! :)

I love this!
This is completely new to me, it is the first time i see the word Scripophily.

It is also easy to see how this have historical value as each of them tells their own little story, like for example the Warsaw, municipal bond from 1896. :)
And i also agree that many of them actually are decorative too.

I love rare things in general, and to get to know new things, and this was the highlight of new things i got to learn about to day. :)

I found it so fascinating that i had to resteemit this post, because i think it is very few people in general that even know about this. :)

I shall keep my eye open in the future for this kind of stuff, and if i am lucky and come over something, i will contact you and send it to you. (for free of course)
I am Norwegian, so that will in case be Norwegian i will find, not Polish as you collect. But if i do find something, i guess you can use them to trade with other collector in something that fits your collection.

Posts like this make it even more fun to visit hobbyhub and look for new posts.
I like to follow it because i find it interesting to read about peoples passion, but this gave a new depth to it, since i now realise i might find new things in general to read about as well.

Thank you for sharing and let us know about it, i think much more people would collect this, if they only knew it existed in the first pace. :)

Thanks :) Actually I have few bonds from Norway:

Most of Norwegian pieces are quite rare and bonds are very rare because Norway honored its debts so almost all bonds were redeemed and eventually destroyed.

wow
cool, i love this. :)

This letter is from the time Norway was ruled by Sweden.

I know that you shared the common king until 1905 but technically there was a separate Kingdom of Norway in the union with Kingdom of Sweden. Then you have dissolved the union with Sweden and swapped Swede for a Dane as a king - Very practical I would say :-)

lol
Yes.. i try to tell this to Norwegians too. ;)

But the power of news paper propaganda is very strong,
so most of them believe i am crazy when i try to tell them about the Danish house of kings that are ruling us to day.

But internet is great, so more and more people start to see the real truth of things.
For the same reason, the history about Khazaria start to be very difficult for the western countries to hide.. ;)

Better to have a king than a president - in the longer run its cheaper as you do not have to pay for elections every 4 years or so :-) Know almost nothing about them Khazars - after all they did not issue any collectible bonds or shares so sort of beyond the scope of my radar.

well..
To protect his power and make him self immune from being criticised,
the Norwegian news paper have told and brainwashed the people of Norway to believe that the king have no political power.

So we have a election every 4 years anyway where the people can vote on his puppets.(The right or the left hand of the king).. ;)

And every single Friday, this puppets the people have voted on, goes to the kings castle and swear loyalty to their king.

Its like living with cavemen.. lol
Even the most simple things are almost impossible to make them understand, as long as one does not control the news paper, that they see as the encyclopedia with the answer for everything.

And they never ever think twice about anything, as long as it have been written in their Reuters encyclopedia.. lol

Hmm, but in case of so called "republican democracy" you have two elections: presidential and parliamentary so double the cost :)

This is certainly a VERY exotic hobby, you have enlightened me! I would also simply collect them because of the beautiful way they are designed (unlike today's plain documents). Ha ha, next time I see an image with a bee in it I will think of your friend, such a strange thing to collect! Thank you for sharing your very original and interesting hobby, and for entering the #hobbyhub challenge. Upped and resteemed!

Thanks for organizing such competition :-) It gave me an opportunity to share my hobby with the world at large. You are right that its exotic and sort of hermetic as well because majority of those who collect such things are somehow linked to banking, finance or legal professions. The graphics were important in those days - first of all there were aesthetic reasons, then it also served as security feature (to make forgeries more complicated) and last but not least it served as advertising medium promoting certain industries or branches of economy.

Wow ! this is such an interesting hobby that I had no idea existed ! I love it actually , some how it reminds me of stamp collecting only much bigger ! LOL! Great post my friend , well done ! As they say you learn something new every day ! Good luck , upped and resteemed because its so neat !

Appreciate your comment :-) Well those papers are much bigger than stamps for sure - some are bigger than unfolded newspapers and those smaller than A4 are actually quite uncommon.

That's awesome ! I was just meaning because their like a printed stamp kind of paper ! Not that its anything like it really . LOL! Glad to be guest judging here as well as my own contest , its quite interesting to see different hobbies from the ordinary ones !👍✌💕

hehe i must start to use some of your animated things.. :)

Haha ! I hope you do , and share them with me ! Would love to see it !!💕👍✌

I will let you know. :)

Later to day, if i get the time i will edit some of my posts and put it in to those. :)

Oh OK ! Or just leave me comment on my post about it , so others can see it as well ! Haha thanks ! Should be pretty cool !! 💕✌👍

I have to admit this is something new for me and I never heard it before, but it is quite interesting. You have amazing collection.

Thanks :-) This is a very small sample from my inventory of ~ 4500 different documents. Obviously not all are so impressive and/or decorative but all are interesting in one way or another.

Wow I have learned something new today! This sounds like a very interesting hobby. You definitely sound passionate about it. It certainly is a great entry for this weeks #hobbyhub challenge. Good Luck!
