김장용 무우를 청이 달린것을 구매하시면 시래기 만들기에 좋습니다.
잘라낸 청을 데칩니다. 삶은 후 찬물에 깨긋하게 잘 앃어 헹군 후 물기를 짜냅니다.

된장 마늘 들깨가루 넣어서 조물 조물해서 소분한 뒤 냉동고에 보관 해 두시면 든든합니다.
