Pabellón criollo es una comida en la que se conjugan muchos sabores. El plato está constituido por; arroz blanco, carne mechada, caraotas negras, huevo frito, tajadas de plátano, aguacate y queso blanco rallado.
Es una comida súper completa. Por eso suele comerse en el almuerzo.
La preparación de esta plato podría costar 250 Bs. Es es, aproximadamente, 50 steem.
I also prepared a Russian salad. This one has: potato, beetroot, carrot, egg and mayonnaise.
Also bake some ripe plantains.
I accompanied this with roasted arepa.

Este es otro plato para el almuerzo. Es un pollo al horno. Lo dejo macerar con vino tinto, ajo, sal y pimienta. Luego hornéalo.
También preparé una ensaladilla rusa. Este lleva: patata, remolacha, zanahoria, huevo y mahonesa.
También hornee algunos plátanos maduros.
Acompañé esto con arepa asada.

Otro almuerzo. En esta ocasión se trata de costilla de res, que se ablanda en la olla express, luego se sazona y se prepara salteada con tomate y cebolla.
Arroz blanco y ensalada de patata y huevo, que es una de mis favoritas.

I accompanied the fish with grilled arepas and tomato, chives and avocado salad.
La merluza es un pescado blanco, muy sano. Suelo comprarlo, porque su preparación es muy fácil. Solo fritarlo.
Acompañé el pescado con arepa asada y ensalada de tomate, cebollín y aguacate.

Delicious!! There is only one word for the meals you have shared with us.
Russian salad! I've never heard of it. A combination of "potato, beetroot, carrot, egg and mayonnaise." A salad I will for sure make for the family.
As for your hake, I agree with you; it is so easy and quick to fry and often a lifesaver for me.

Te recomiendo esa ensalada. La sazonas con aceite, vinagre y sal. Luego, la mayonesa.
I bought the ingredient today. I am going to give it a try this weekend. Hopefully on Sunday with a bbq (•ิ‿•ิ)
