The diary game 19/05/2024// my best day in church

It was a day I was waiting for, the last day of women's convention in my church.

It was on Sunday morning, I was to be in church early so as to be able to attend all the activities in the church as the women will tell God thank you for keeping us this far.

I woke up from my bed very early as 5am, kneel down on my bed side and I offer a little prayer to God for keeping me and my family save.

When I was done praying, I went to my bathroom and take a shower then took my phone and call my makeup artist to be ready, she was to make my face in the church.

After calling her, I took my box, pack my Sunday clothes that I will be wearing, carry my dressing slippers and my canvas, pack my jewelries as well.
Why I didn't wear my Sunday dress at once was because I participate in a dance play, the dance will be the first thing before the Thanksgiving, so I didn't want to stressing myself wear my Sunday dress then went to church and change again.

I put on my black jeans trouser and my white polo then carry my bag to the church, by the time I reached the church, my makeup artist was already there, I sat down for her to make me up.

I use my wrapper and cover my white polo so that it won't get stain.

When she finished making me up, I put on my white canvas and tie the wrapper and I get ready to join others and dance.

When they finish announcements in church, the dancing group match in and the song we danced was " miracle no dey tire Jesus by Moses bliss"

Before this time we have been going for rehearsal for the past two weeks.

So we matched in with another song and when got to the front of the church, we display our dancing skills, which you can watch from the video, though is not too clear

The dance didn't take up to 10 minutes, when we were dancing, the church was so excited to see the women dancing.

After dancing we came out and we all took a group photograph.

All of us with white canvas and our wrapper tie to our waist.

It was so fun.

When we were done taking different photography, it was time for us to change to our Sunday dress, so thank God my makeup artist was still around, so I pay her to tie my my head tie and she also help in tieing my wrapper. You know as women, we were dressed in uniform, which is wrapper and a red blouse and red gele.

When she was done dressing me, I brought out my bead that was made by me, I put it on my neck, put on my red bangle that I made then carry my silver purse that I recycled the it went well with my black slippers.

When I was done dressing, I went inside the church then join others in giving thanks to God.

We the women thank God with the sun of 150,000 naira cash that's equivalent to 394.7 steem, and the men supported us, and a lot of people came out to support the women and at the end of the day, a huge amount of money was discovered.

The women were so happy for what God has done in our life's.

After the Thanksgiving, our pastor prayed for us, he bless the works of our hands and he also prayed for everyone that came to support us. I personally I was blessed.

Everything was done by the women, I was among the protocols that was to stand in front of the church while pastor was preaching

This section lasted for some hours, and the preaching was on a topic dare to dream more, our pastor charge the women not to be afraid of anything, that we should have big dreams for ourselves, that those that was afraid to start a business should go ahead and start.
He also said that we should put away the spirit of fear from us, he make an illustration how Satan was to kill 100 people but he end up killing 1000 people, and when Satan of death was question, he reply and said that he only kill 100 people that the extra 900 died as a result of fear..

After the preaching we went for offering and the church was dismissed.

I was so hungry that I had to stop be and eat moimoi, before going back home.

By the time I got home, I was so tired that I couldn't do anything for myself, all what I needed was some rest, so I climb my bed and I slept, only for me to wake up and it was midnight, so I took my bath then picked up my phone and i did some review work on the platform, after the review, i that started writing my diary game then retired to bed again without eating because I don't like eating late at night.
