Climate change can be define as tge long term alterations of temperature and typical weather parttens in place.
The causes of current climate change is largely caused by human activity such as like burning fuels like natural gas, oil and coal.Burning this materials releases what are called green house gasses to earth atmosphere.
Climate change is experienced by every body though not equally.
Climate change can be caused by both natural causes and human causes
some of the natural causes of climate change are vocalnic eruptions and changes in natural Ocuring green house gasses.
While some human cause of climate change are
Human increase use of fossil fuel such as coal, oil and gas to generate eletricity and running cars and other forms of transport, power manufacturing and industrail works, Deforestation because trees absorb ans store carbon monoxide.
Some of the evidence of climate change in my locality and area:
1.Excessive heat during the rainy season. excessive heat during the rainy season especially during the day and night and when during periods of heavy rain fall is sign of climate change
- Intensive Sun shine during the rainy season we experience very long and intensive sun shine for long hours during day in the rainy season which is a sign of climate change
- little or no rain fall during this rain season we observe little or no rain fall during the rainy season as we sometimes go for a week without rain.
- Dust n hard soils during the rainy season
- Poor growth of crops during the rainy season as results of little rain fall and hard soils which can also serve as an evidence of climate change
- Low flow of streams even during the rainy season.
This are some of the small factors that gives us evidence that climate change is occuring in my locality
Some if the posible solutions can as follows
- Plan more trees and promot afforestation
- Recycling of energy
- Aviod burning used plastics
- Encourage Farming
