My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2020....... Terrific Tuesday ๐ฃ๐๐จ๐๐๐๐ฏ๐๐๐ผ๐๐ด๐คโโ ๐ผ๐ถ๐โจ
Hello everyone ๐,
Happy Tuesday and a very warm welcome to my report ๐. It's been an active and wonderful day. As always I am overjoyed that you stopped by yet again ๐. Your time is well appreciated ๐ฏ. So without much further ado let's get into today's stepping activities ๐จ.
Just like yesterday I kicked off my day early. I brisk walked and jogged ๐ around the neighborhood in the superb morning breeze ๐.
I thoroughly enjoyed the session ๐ and I made it back home just a few minutes before ten o'clock. Really pleased with myself ๐น for another automaticwin ๐.
Then I got cleaned up and relaxed for a while before getting into my usual morning routine. I went through the local and international news. Definitely happy to see the market rebounding a little ๐.
I didn't stay home that long as I had to head to the other side of town.
I had packages to deliver and more to collect. So off I went walking to the bus stop. It was approaching midday and the weather was fantastic ๐ ๐.
I walked around for quite some time and successfully completed what I had set out to do.
I then boarded the bus and finally arrived back home close to 4pm. I was indeed exhausted ๐ด so I immediately got into my usual afternoon nap๐ค.
I slept well and did get up around 6pm and enjoyed some fantastic tea โ as I watched some crypto videos and steemed for a while.
Then it was time for the sunset โ
walk. This time i walked along the main road ending up around the neighborhood after it got darker. Always a slower paced walk taking in deep breaths.
That is pretty much how my day has gone by and I wanna thank you for reading this far ๐ป. I truly appreciate your continued support ๐ and love ๐ too.
