Hope everyone is fine by the grace of the Creator. I am also fine. I am @muktaseo . Seeing some children, many questions have arisen in my mind. Seeing the magical faces of the children really cut my heart. Today I will share with you about street children.
What is a Street children's life?
His life is innocent with the word child, full of love, affection, and compassion. Street children are deprived of these. We see some children in various parks, sadarghat, markets, and street ghats wearing untidy clothes, big hair, and no shoes on their feet. We call them street children who collect paper and plastic from dustbins. Again they are called Tokai.
Street Children's Address:
They can't say their right. They wander here and there all day and sleep under street lampposts at night. Many children don't even know who their parents are or where they live. But some children know the identity of their parents. Their condition is not good. The mother lives in the slum with 2-3 children. The income earned by the mother working in another's house is not enough for their family. Then the children go to the streets to earn money.
Street Children's Lives:
These children do not find the meaning of life. Begs for a handful of rice, taps paper, sells flowers/garlands on the streets. They are born only to be neglected. People of our civil society always look down on them. The life of girls is more difficult than that of boys. Girls can't escape from the sight of the poor boy of the slums and the inhuman, characterless people of civil society.
Boys grow up and get involved in various crimes. They grow up with discrimination and neglect from birth. The light of education does not come to them. Education falls to their lack. So they drop out of school and join work. Girl children work from house to house. They are subjected to various forms of discrimination

The number of street children in our country will be more than 2.2 million. The number of street children is high in Dhaka. Due to the epidemic disease 'corona,' people later became unemployed. Children earn money by working because of lack of family.
Our government has taken various measures for street children. Various NGOs are working with them. Yet the number of street children is increasing day by day. Only if our conscious society comes forward along with the government, we will be able to stop street child growth.
