What gift would you give yourself?

First of all, I feel it necessary to give my full introduction to tell this, I want to tell you that I am a voluntary retired officer, I have given my invaluable services continuously for almost 30 years in the medical health department. And then retired after fulfilling the responsibilities of my family, I took care of the comforts of my family during my lifetime and provided them all the necessary things to run this life.

But I had a wish that I should have a secluded place, where not many tourists reach, and it should be a place full of gifts of nature on a hilly place, a small studio flat, away from the noise of the city, built in the lap of nature. There should be no television, radio, etc. in this studio flat and I can go there whenever I want and stay for a week, 2 weeks, a month, and enjoy my solitude to the fullest.

So I would like to gift myself such a studio flat, and God willing I will definitely make this dream come true in my life.

In this flat, I have a small kitchen, living room, toilet, and a small vegetable farm outside the flat, in which I would like to grow my own vegetables. I will install a small water pump, water heater, etc. at this place and would like to operate all these with solar energy. There is no need for cold management in hilly places. Only when it is very cold, a room heater will work.

Will owning it make your life easier? Tell us the reason.

Being owner of this cottage it will fill my life with happiness, I have worked in noisy hospitals all my life, now I am looking for peace. And in this secluded place, I will be able to do my steemit writing with more concentration and dedication, this will definitely increase my income.

The cost of such a location and studio flat in our country would be at least 110000 steem i.e. 1.7 million in Indian Rupees.
Whose details will be as follows:
1- Approx 400 meter land cost 30000 steem
2- 500 sqft building cost 50000 steem
3- required furniture and fixer cost 15000 steem
4- Equipment , and solar energy plant price 10000 steam
5- The cost of fencing and planting a garden outside the building cost 3 000 steem
6- Contingency cost 2000 steem

Grand total :: 110000 steem

Does Steemit help you save for what you want?

I don't have any problem in telling the truth, my income is also increasing due to continuous increase in my engagements on steem platform, and now unfortunately steem rates are also at low level, but I have full faith that this year's Will eventually equal $1. And till then my steem wallet strength will also be around 7000 steem. Then it will help me a lot to get the cost of my gift out of this wallet..

Yes, before this last year in the month of August 2022, I had gifted myself a Honda WRV car, its price at that time was equal to 87000 steam. This is a very luxurious and comfortable car of Honda company, in which 5 passengers can travel long distances comfortably.
