Describe what situations can cause you anxiety.

I often feel anxiety in many situations, mainly due to my perfectionist nature and strong personal responsibility. Tight deadlines are particularly stressful for me; I feel pressed for time, which triggers my anxiety because I fear not delivering work up to my own standards. Additionally, I regularly set very high expectations for myself. This demand on myself, although motivating, can also be a considerable source of internal pressure, especially when results are not immediately visible or when obstacles seem insurmountable.

Additionally, I often have to manage several important projects at the same time. This necessary multitasking can cause mental overload as I strive to maintain peak quality in all aspects of my work. The fear of failure or disappointing others adds an extra layer of anxiety, as I feel responsible not only for my own expectations but also for those placed on me by others.

These situations, combined with my tendency to want to control every detail, mean that even everyday tasks can become sources of anxiety. This can affect my mood and overall well-being, sometimes making it difficult to separate work stress from personal relaxation.

How do you deal with this feeling?

To manage anxiety, I implement several strategies that help me remain functional even in times of high pressure. Even when fatigue sets in, I continue to diligently complete my tasks. However, I am aware of the importance of not pushing myself to extremes. So, I make sure to take regular breaks. These breaks are essential to allow me to relax physically and mentally. During these times, I step away from my work environment, which allows me to return to my tasks with a clearer and renewed mind.

In addition to taking breaks, I incorporated breathing exercises into my daily routine. These exercises are particularly useful in times of intense stress; they help me regulate my anxiety and maintain calm. By practicing deep breathing, I am able to reduce the physical effect of anxiety, clarify my thoughts and better control my emotional reactions.

Discussing my challenges with friends or colleagues is also a method that I find very beneficial. Sharing my concerns allows me to demystify them and often, gain different perspectives. These exchanges can offer me new ideas or solutions that I would not have thought of on my own. Sometimes just knowing that others have similar experiences or hearing their encouragement can greatly ease my emotional burden.

Some tips to avoid suffering from anxiety.

To avoid suffering from anxiety, I have adopted several practices that I find particularly effective. First, organizing my schedule effectively is fundamental to preventing overwork. I take care to plan my tasks and set clear priorities, which helps me manage my time more efficiently and avoid feeling overwhelmed.

Additionally, I learned to set realistic expectations for myself. This involves accepting that perfection is an often unattainable ideal and that striving for excellence is more reasonable. Recognizing my limits and celebrating progress rather than focusing only on end results allows me to reduce the pressure I put on myself and reduce my anxiety.

Practicing mindfulness or meditation also has a crucial role in my anxiety management. These techniques allow me to refocus on the present moment, reduce anxious thoughts and calm my mind. By focusing on my breathing or meditating regularly, I cultivate a state of inner calm which helps me face stressful situations with more serenity.

Finally, I never discount the importance of seeking professional help when anxiety becomes too overwhelming. Speaking with a psychologist or therapist can provide additional tools to better understand and manage my feelings of anxiety. These professionals offer valuable support and can help develop personalized strategies for dealing with emotional challenges.

You are actually correct sir multitasking a sometime very irritating as I know because even I manage my studies and being a gym trainer providing training and doing my own training is sometimes very tough but have no other choice except doing the same. I do agree with you that doing some workouts or meditation or yoga helps in releasingour stress. Good luck for the contest professor!

It is true that sometimes being a perfectionist makes us feel that pressure of anxiety, because we want everything to go well. And just like having many tasks at the same time there comes a point where we will feel collapsed and anxiety may lead us.

It is good to take long breaks if necessary to clear the mind and relax a little, for example it is good to go out and chat with friends, as you do and show in the photo, it is something comforting and relaxing.

Anxiety is due to lack of confidence in life. It is completely understandable that responsibility creates stress and anxiety for each individual. For formation of Diamonds, it requires a very high pressure and Dough needs to rest to be processed . So every person is different. For some high extreme pressures will work and for some they will do their best in the environment of zero pressure.

I feel that I am at the mediocre stage. I need the both the things like optimum pressure with little flexibility.
