Wow! I am super excited to see that you’ve granted that little request. The recipe of Stuffed Potatoes and Bollos Pelones are very much similar in preparation procedures. Here are the few differences observed;

Is it possible to fry this instead of boiling while using corn flour?

I'm very glad you came.
There is only a difference in the dough since one is potato-based and the other is corn flour-based, but both can be fried in oil so that they are golden and crispy, it is just a little less healthy, but it is to the liking of the people.
