The community is growing and quality content is increasing. Reading every woman's posts is getting harder. As the founder of this community, I try to read each post carefully. Especially I read the contest posts a few times. Of course, I do not want to leave the posts of the women of the community that I have established meticulously without comment and help.
• For this reason, I think it would be better to choose a representative.In this way, it will be better helped by two people.
This way we will strive to provide voting support for every quality post and you will receive information for quality content
- First of all I would like to introduce you Venezuela Representative @saracampero. Although he met Steemit like me in 2018, he is trying to be active now. He has all the information he can get, and we can work together for this Community. It will also be more helpful for women in this community as most of them are from Venezuela.

• Will help me as the founder of this community.

• Help women prepare quality posts.
• Delegation to the SteemWomens Club community after the delegation announcement,
• First of all, he must know all the rules of Steemiit, he must be preparing quality content,
• Entries to the contest should warn for the contest rules
• the most important thing is to see it as a job.
- If we want to reach our goals in steemit, we have to cross disabled roads.We can see this as a job. Our aim is to create quality and original content instead of unnecessary information on this platform. And at the same time it will be to gain a certain profit while sharing our ideas.The representative is confident that her content in this community will get good support from the curators because of her support for this community
