If I organize a #steem-lottery, what does the steem community think about it?
It will be a pure lottery with only steem as prize.
My thoughts with a steem lottery is to support wox-helpfund with 10% of the lottery sales.
The lottery will be simple, you just buy a ticket or several tickets with a number. The price of a ticket will be one steem.
You can choose a lucky number from 1-1000, the draw will take place daily with a Random Number Generator.
If several people have the same winning number, the prize will be divided equally between them
Each day there will be 3 draws
1st prize wins 50% of the pot
2nd prize wins 30% of the pot
3rd prize wins 20% of the pot
If no one has the correct lucky number in the draws, the entire pot will go on to the jackpot in the next draw.
Example:
1st prize, no one has the correct number, 50% of the pot will be added to the next draw (jackpot)
2nd prize with the correct number, 30% of the pot goes to the winner
3rd prize with the correct number, 20% of the pot goes to the winner

Saludos amigos, estaría en la lotería por 0.5 steem, y estoy de acuerdo que los numeros sean reducidos hasta el 50. Ahora bien de no existir un ganador el pote quedaría para otro día pero si al otro día entra un jugador nuevo y gana no seria injusto para lo que apostaron la primera vez?
Osea si yo compre un numero hoy y no hubo ganador, se acumula para el otro dia y yo vuelvo a pagar un numero pero entra en usuario @xxxxcc apuesta y gana, estaria bien eso?

How about improving the users chances of winning! Instead of guessing a number between 1-1000, let's narrow it down to 1-50, just like you did before. Based on your puzzle series, I noticed that many users won't participate when they have to spend.
