CROWDFUNDING: Call for Donation "TURKEY EARTHQUAKE"
Hello dear Steemians,
Today is Sunday, it is day 7 since the world heard devastating news that hit two countries Turkey and Syria earthquake of 7.8-magnitude, that killed more than 30.000 people.
There were many articles and videos, but this one that was in our News Channel I wanted to use to start my post, because that can't leave anyone untouched.

Above the photo of a father who is holding the hand of his daughter who was buried under the debris of destroyed building and died. Even though the man physically there but his mind is not there, he is in shock condition and that is the whole country.
Because all have lost someone on some stage of our life, we all can understand what is happening in the mind and soul of those people and we all know that nothing can feel that hole. The number of lost people and tremendous but also everyone know that the longer it takes the less chance of finding the lost people live.
The earthquake happened early hours of morning when people peacefully slept or stayed in their homes.

There are few users from Turkey on Steemit and all of them well known to Steemit Communities because they are all very active, they made posts that they wanted to donate to the Charity organisations that locally involved in helping people with food, medication and stuff.

There is so much suffering... Your meaningful support to our country on this difficult day is very valuable and we will never forget it. Thanks a lot.
Yes, it is and the whole volume of the disaster will be obvious only with time. I hope that the countries and EU will give their support, important is medical care in the first instance and food. People because homeless within seconds and some lost the whole families.
It is only a small contribution from my side to organise the Steemians and hopefully we will be able to get more for people there.
My dear friend, the photo you shared breaks everyone's heart. A human tragedy is happening... Even though you are miles away, it means a lot that you take it upon yourself to make a difference in the lives of those affected by the earthquake disaster and take steps to make an impact. This step has touched our hearts and shows the strength and kindness of the human spirit. Being united and putting our own interests aside and helping those in need is a shining light in these dark times. Thank you very much @stef1 for your heart of gold.
I will share the receipts of donations with all transparency.
I think we all have to think that anyone could be in the place of people living in Turkey and Syria and then we also would be in need of any possible help for our loved ones. The compassion should not have borders and we should share what we can with others.
Hopefully we will be able to organise more so that it is noticeable support.

Dear @stef1, we sincerely thank you for thinking of us in such a great disaster. Knowing that our friends are thinking of us in such difficult days relieves our wounds.
I hope that attention from people here will give you a bit of reassurance. Hope that International help from different countries will be there with their support.
This initiative is good, I will join as soon as possible. The situation that Syria and Turkey are experiencing is horrible, God give them the strength to move forward. 🙏

Un terremoto mortífero que sorprendió a muchas personas.
Es muy lamentable lo que sucede en Turkia y Siria. Cada granito cuenta, y la felicito por su iniciativa de donación para todas las personas que están viviendo está tragedia.
Thank you for your attention and that you also feeling fo those suffering such natural disaster. It can happen anywhere and anytime therefore, nobody can be safe for sure.
It is correct friend, it can happen in any corner of the planet, we are not sure and we are not prepared for an earthquake of this magnitude.
