Ceviche
written by @charter
Dear friends, today I want to tell you about Ceviche. It is a traditional dish of Latin American cuisine, especially popular in Peru, Ecuador and Colombia. It's a refreshing and light breakfast made with fresh seafood, citrus juices and spices. The dish has a rich history that can be traced back to the ancient Incas who consumed it for its medicinal properties. Today, Ceviche enjoys worldwide popularity due to its unique taste and numerous health benefits.
Is that too much?

Every time I have to deal with the country's health care system I feel really dumb. I appreciate the access that is sometimes given, really. But that access is usually inversely proportional to competence. Since I live outside the capital, I can relatively easily and quickly visit a doctor, but it is difficult to find such. As I told you, looking for a good specialist outside the capital is sometimes like looking for a needle in a haystack. Like many other things. I still haven't find a good dentist here, for example, by the way.

О це пишу я цей допис, і сподіваюся, що встигну до того, як у ноутбука остаточно виснажиться батарея. Три відсотки залишилося, встигну дописати допис чи ні?
That's what I'm writing this post about, and I hope I'll make it before the laptop's battery dies. Three percent left, will I have time to finish the post or not?
Want to know how you can change a stray dog's life for just a couple of dollars?
written by @kbv.animalwelf
It is called many things but here it is called Bravecto and it is a broad spectrum parasite killer and prevention medication that could help the suffering of animals anywhere in the world that you might discover. Nearly all homeless dogs are covered in ticks, fleas, mange, and other blood parasites... and those are just the ones you can see. Any do that has these on the outside almost certainly has heartworms and other interior parasites as well. This one table takes care of all of that and also prevents re-infestation for 3-6 months.
Hope you enjoyed today's content selections!
Until next time...
STAY AWESOME!
much love,
