I haven't shown my "gourmet dishes" for a long time. Meet - pancakes, red caviar, and sour cream.

Never have I ever tried this type of pancakes. I have eaten a lot of caviar though and I like it. Maybe I will give them a try but I will replace the sour cream with something else. I am not sure what with at the minute but you got me thinking and I thank you for this as I love to experiment in the kitchen. Over here in England we even have a National Pancake Day, this year it will be on 1st March and traditionally people have pancakes with sugar and lemon. I personally don’t as I do enjoy a savoury pancake better.

Dios mío por fin conozco este famoso roscón. Me imagino su sabor. Hermosa foto amiga!
Rellenos de diferentes cremas nata, pastelera y trufas. Descubrir ésta dulce tradición es muy divertida, adentro de el envuelto en una bolsita plástica viene una figura del rey mago y en otra una haba. El qué saca el rey mago es coronado qué lo trae la caja una dorada corona y el qué saca la haba debe pagar el roscón.
Qué espectacular experiencia y de sabores al paladar amiga...
