Binance Futures Launches USD -M STEEM Perpetual Contract with Up to 50x Leverage

Binance Futures has launched the USD -M STEEM Perpetual Contract, offering leverage of up to 50x.

This
contract has been available since November 8, 2023.
Perpetual contracts are complex financial products that resemble a standard futures contract without expiry or
settlement.

Here, in particular, the STEEMUSDT perpetual contract will allow traders to trade STEEM-U.S.
dollar pair with extended buying power.
The USD -M STEEM Perpetual Contract possesses the following specifics:

• The underlying asset is STEEM.
• Settlement is in USDT.
• The contract has a 0.0001 tick size, and funding fee settlements will occur every four hours.
• Trading will be active 24/7.
• The capped funding rate is predefined at +2.00%/ -2.00%.
• Multi-Assets Mode is supported, enabling users
  to trade the perpetual contract across numerous margin assets.

The initial funding rate of the STEEMUSDT Perpetual Contract at launch will be +2.00%/ -2.00%, with the rate
being updated every four hours. Binance may adjust the specifics of the STEEMUSDT Perpetual Contract, which
includes funding fee, tick size, maximum leverage, initial margin, and/or maintenance margin requirements,
depending on market risk conditions.
Through the Multi-Assets Mode, users can trade the STEEMUSDT Perpetual Contract using various margin assets,
provided applicable haircuts are met. For instance, users can engage BTC as a margin while trading the
STEEMUSDT Perpetual Contract when the Multi-Assets Mode is on.
