What’s up my guys and welcome to another diary game of mine. This Diary Game post is going to be an adventure and sequences mixed together, cuz I’m gonna be sharing with you lots of throwbacks and accents from last summer.

Well don’t think of it of something that’s like “Dora the Explorer” thing. It’s more like showing a trip around my country and more importantly is about natural landmarks and going in the nature with friends hiking and just having fun, cuz the last summer we decided to finally make something like this and we thought of it for a long time.

Tales from the Road

I really didn’t want to spoil the post with the first photo, but i had to choose a title photo and this matched the best for it.

Anyway this chapter is going to be short, kinda not that interesting in terms of story, but the story is going to be in photos, cuz the tales from the road are actually photos.

So we were in total of 2 cars and were around 7 or 8 people I don’t remember quite much, but we were planning on doing a road trip, cuz there aren’t many people in our country who go on road trips exploring the country. In matter of fact our country is full of green and breathtaking landscapes and forests and land even i got surprised by it.

To be honest all of us were surprised by it, because we watched one of our Bulgarian youtube bloggers who did a video about “top 10 places to visit in the Balkan Peninsula you didn’t know about”. Something like that and actually that was the whole idea of organising a trip, a youtube video. 😅

So not to get into details too much, we met some unordinary friends on the road. Take a look. 😄

Embracing Nature’s Serenity

So one of the places we went to is called Vrachanski Balkan which is basically a Nature Park. It’s not my first rodeo there, but I did not explore it all. I even think i have posted some photos from it here, i think it was the Lakatnik Rocks. Anyway It covers a vast territory in Northwestern Bulgaria. It’s the typical place with lots of nature and eco paths and little rivers. Enjoy the visuals. 😄

Well you know it’s kinda hard to explain, but the while thing felt like a map from the game of Just Cause. Gamers will know and for those who dont, the whole Peninsula is kinda part of the Iskar Gorge and some regions besides the greenery felt completely different from each other and you’re gonna see what I’m talking about in a second.

Nature’s Hidden Gems

For the people reading this post you may find some deja vú effect on this part, because I’ve already seen people sharing this place on this platform and it us the Gods Eyes place. This is a part or I’m not exactly sure if it’s considered a part or it’s next to the Iskar Gorge, but it’s a Geo Park called Iskar Panega and the Prohodna Cave.

The Eyes of God are in this cave and it’s maybe one of the most famous caves in Bulgaria attracting tourists. The cave is around 30 to 40 meter in height and when you reach to the eyes you have the feeling that they stare at you it’s weird, but beautiful. This place again is the typical place with eco paths and bridges and stuff. Enjoy the visuals. 😄

This last photo is also gonna stand out of the rest and consider it more of an accent, cuz this is a photo of the village next to the Prohodna Cave called Village Karlukovo.

Accents

We reached the last part from the post and the most fun one, cuz it’s just accents from the trip. Well it’s not something special, it’s just more photos on the road. Enjoy the road in a sunset mode and on a night mode. 😄

So this is the diary game post of today. I still have a couple more places to share from the trip, but don’t want to exhaust your eyes from it. See you around guys. 👋🏻😄

Such a lovely story and adventure @benoitblanc!

There are many roads here in the Western Cape of South Africa that have cattle roaming around on them. It always gives a little bit of a laugh to see how little they care about all the cars and they just roam however they please... but the roads are a lot busier and I often worry that they will get run over!

That mountain cave is incredible!!!

We have a cave here in Cape Town called "Elephants Eye" which is also a popular hiking destination...

You can see from the below photo why it is called "elephant's eye" :)

Wow! Your Landscape definitely beats mine. These views look amazing, although it looks little bit more dangerous than here in Bulgaria. Your mountains seem way higher than our caves, but i bet the hike is worth the views. 😄

naaah don't say that!!! :D Mother nature is beautiful the world over - just in different ways :)

Yes the mountains are very popular for hiking - that particular hike is actually quite a mild one... so great for "beginners" and unhealthy and unfit people like me haha!!!
