오디오북 <1984년>을 들으며 오운완 7.16km(목표 5km)
오늘도 눈이 내리는 가운데 7.16km를 걸었습니다. 그리고 오늘은 조지 오웰의 <1984> 오디오북에 집중하기 위해 동네 근린공원 운동장을 여러 바퀴 돌았습니다.
운동장 트랙은 도는 방향이 정해져 있지 않지만, 사람들이 한 방향으로만 이용하기에 신경쓸게 다소 적다는 장점이 있습니다.
하루에 약 1시간 20분 정도 걷고 책을 들으니 뿌듯한 마음이 드네요.
눈으로 인해 길이 미끄럽습니다.
