On a Sunday in September, after dinner and walking a bit in Chinatown, my wife and I stopped at this shop for dessert.

I haven't taken walnut paste before. Hope to take it one day.
In the olden days, you have to use some manual contraption to grind the walnut. Nowadays, it easier. Blender to the rescue.
