Our theme of the week are the Healthy Drinks, after all these days of celebration of the month of December we need to consume healthy foods and drinks to start this 2.022 on the right foot.

Healthy Drinks are those that generally have natural ingredients that offer health benefits and help us to self-care of our body, among its benefits are its vitamin contribution, which help to rejuvenate, lose weight, cleanse and detoxify the body.

Before you ask me, you can use for your Healthy Drinks 2 or more ingredients, using the juice of fruits, seeds, vegetables, root vegetables and any natural element that you consider healthy for the body, you can combine them together to enjoy all its flavor and properties.

So dear friend, let's prepare Healthy Drinks harmoniously combining flavors, aromas and colors, always remembering that for us at Steemit Open Bar 🍸 the most important thing is that you are creative, that you have fun, that you share your recipe, your best pictures and a brief description of the process of making your Healthy Drinks with us!
