Meditation is a journey of a person towards the depth of his self or self, through which a person can find his real home (awareness of self) or a special place of thought and thought. Meditation creates a sense of the impermanence of external life and brings out a closer understanding of the reality of life and its apparent impermanence. Meditation can be called a mental exercise due to which its effects become noticeable with the passage of time, the more this process (practice / riyaz) is done, the more it will be mastered.

The truth is that I do not meditate. My practice becomes very good in housework. From morning till evening I am busy with housework. From morning till evening I am so busy with children and housework that the day passes. That's why I didn't gain much weight because I am busy all day.
