Meditation has no limitations and can be practiced by anyone. It is a mental exercise that can reduce stress, improve emotional states and self-esteem, strengthen the immune system, and increase awareness.

i like your suggestions for beginners like start once a day and gradually increase the duration, practicing in nature or a well-ventilated indoor environment, and not in the bedroom, to avoid falling asleep.
