The Israeli military acknowledged violating protocol by strapping a wounded Palestinian man to the front of a vehicle during a raid in Jenin, as captured on video and shared on social media. The IDF stated that the man was injured during an exchange of fire, and despite protocol, he was taken while tied on top of a vehicle. The incident, which does not align with IDF values, will be investigated amidst a surge in violence in the West Bank by Israel. |
