Hello Steemians! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this Steemit engagement challenge season 14 week 5 in the Steem For Pakistan community. The topic of this challenge is "Job or Business what's your Preference?" So let's start the task.
How do you manage your monthly budget in a job or Business? |

Friends as we all know that the job and business two different types of earning money to fulfill our needs and also there is a huge difference between the budgets of job and business. If we talk about the job so according to me it becomes difficult for a person to manage his budget when he is doing A job. As we know in a job our salary is specified and we get the salary at the end of the month. In my life I have witnessed that many of people live hand to mouth when they are doing a job.
This is because the little salary of a person divide into various needs of his life and sometimes the needs or expanses of person is higher than his salary so in this case he very difficult manages his budget to maintain his life. On the other hand the life of businessman is quite different from a person who is doing a job. Because the business man servers as a boss or servant of his business and he has a full control over the budget of his business.
A business can easily maintain his budget as his salary is not specified and he earns money on daily basis and from his earnings he can easily manage the profit his business or the budget of his life.
Skill or Education what is important for getting a handsome Job or running a successful business? |

Well both the skill or education are very important part of our lives and both have different consequences. According to me they both are very important in a person's life as if you want to become an entrepreneur you must have to get a skill about your desired business. Education and skill both are very important for a start a business as in my surroundings I have saw many people who get some experience and skill about any specific business and then they start their own business and become successful after the passage of time.
On the other hand if you are interested in doing a kob then you must have a higher education to get a job with handsome salary. Through education we can get knowledge about our specific degree and then start doing a job in that field. For example if a person has a specific degree like computer science then he can easily get a job in his field. So it is clear that if you want to get a job you must have qualified in your specific field. But for business any of degree is not required.

Of course yes I want to become a successful entrepreneur and since my childhood I has a dream of starting my own business and become a successful entrepreneur. And now I'm studying according to my mindset of becoming a successful entrepreneur. And nearly in future I will took my first step towards my business inn sha Allah. The reason is that I don't like to live my life under any person like when we doing a job we are bound to our boss and we have to say yes Sir, ok boss, ok sir etc to our boss. But I don't want to become that kind a person.
More ever the business has many potential benefits or advantages and in my life I have saw or learn about several examples of people who make themselves successful through business. With our business we can bake a very sharp progress and as our business increase our success also increase. So due to all these reasons I want to become a successful entrepreneur and I will do that inn Sha Allah.
Successful story of your preference job or business? |

So friends as my preference was business so there I would like to share a successful story of a successful business man. It is the story of my cousin who left his education after the intermediate and started his own business of printing press and photo shop. He was already that skill about print media or photo editing or copying so he started from a little shop. After one year he bought a printing machine and started an official work of printing press. And now he has built his own house and bought a brand new car also.
More ever two months ago he also get married and among all of his school or college mates who are qualified in different degrees are jobless and among all his friends he is the most successful person right now. So in conclusion he made a lot of progress through his business and now a wana say that east or west, our own business is Best 😁.

You're absolutely right! There is indeed a significant difference between the budgets of a job and a business. When it comes to a job, it can be challenging to manage your budget since your salary is fixed and you receive it at the end of the month. I've seen many people who live paycheck to paycheck when they are working a job. It's important to plan and budget wisely to make sure our needs are met.

Budgeting is very important to adjust the expenses with our monthly or daily income. Budgeting plays a major role in avoiding unnecessary expenditure in the current inflationary times. Education and skills are considered as the ladder of success nowadays.

I can see you have an interest in your own business which is good in the present time when a job is not easy to find or needs too much pressure. However even business is not easy as it needs double as much time as a job and there is no guarantee that it will earn well. I wish you a great future!
